Attack at Ariana Grande Manchester concert

In the afternoon is saw that there has been a bombing at Ariana Grande's concert in Manchester. I heard that there has been at least 22 killed and 50 injured from the bombing. When lots of people were leaving a really big explosion went of at 10:30.p.m local time. The police that were on the scene said the bomber died at the bombing.

After the bombing happened Ariana Grande was not injured but she tweeted a message saying broken. from the bottom off my heart, I am so so sorry. I don’t have words. The youngest person to die from the bombing was Saffie Rose Rosssos, she was 8 years old when she died.

Gymnastics

This week we have started to do gymnastics at school for a. We started doing gymnastics because we could enter a competition for gymnastics and there is also a cheer leading one we will start next week is we want to. There are three different groups the Springers is the easiest one, the Flyers is the middle the and the Twisters are the hardest. For each one we have Beam Floor and Vault.

I am doing the Twisters because I want to give myself a challenge this time, I also want to do the cheer leading because I want to try something new that I have never done before. The hardest bit for me will be the Vault because you have to jump go into a handstand and then go into a front roll. I also think that the beam will be hard because for the ending I  have to do a round off off the beam on to a mat.

At lunch sometimes we do gymnastics on the grass for some fun. One lunch time we were doing gymnastics and I got a new skill I got my round off! Now I can do it I found it really easy to do but sometimes I don't always land I 2 feet but I will still keep trying to get it every time. I also got my handstand in to bridge a few days before.

Winter Sport

For winter I am playing soccer for the Hauraki Plains Junior Soccer Club in 13th grade, we have two teams the Pythons and the Panthers. I am in the Pythons, the position I like to play is midfield on the left or right wing of the field. I like being midfield because If somethings happening down the back or the front I can go there.

We have done a few practices and our first game is on Saturday in Whenuakite At 9.am. I am enjoying the sport a lot because I moved up to 13th grade and we do  game both the panthers and pythons train together so we usually have a game against each other. The thing that I don't enjoy is that sometimes I get blisters on my heal. We support each other buy saying don't give up, keep going and some other things.
If you are a space lover you might be able to buy a 4.6 billion year old meteorite. It will go on sale in New York. It will be on sale at Christie’s auction house in New York. The bidding for the meteorite starts at $20,000.

The rare rock is part of the Deep Impact, Martian, Lunar and Other Rare Meteorites, series. The online auction will run until, Wednesday, May 10th. The meteorite is part of the famous Allende meteorite. The meteorite exploded over the Mexican state in 1969. Scientists got the fragments and found out that they were a very rare type of meteorite.
